Full-Time English Ministry and Youth Ministry Pastor Search Committee
Murrieta Korean Presbyterian Church is member church of the Korean Presbyterian Church Abroad denomination. We are a 200 member congregation with active Korean, English adults, Youth and Children ministries. Currently we have One Senior Pastor and five part time pastors with various responsibilities.
We are looking for a full-timeEnglish/YouthPastor to oversee our Youth and English ministries. Salary is $4,500-$5,500.
Responsibilities
- A personal and vital relationship to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- Preach and lead our English speaking members to know, love and serve Jesus
- Create environments, activities and programs that will facilitate learning and encourage spiritual growth and healthy Christian fellowship
- Work in harmony and in cooperation with all ministerial staff
Qualification
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Faithful, accountable and teachable
- Good relational skills and capacity to work with other ministers and lay leaders
- Graduate or expected graduate of an accredited seminary.
- Fluency in English (Ability to communicate in Korean is desirable)

- 영적 성장과 건강한 교제를 돕는 예배, 프로그램, 활동 기획 및 운영
- 담임목사 및 모든 교역자들과 협력적이고 조화로운 사역 수행
자격 요건
- 미국 내 합법적 취업 가능자
- 신실하고 책임감 있으며, 배우려는 자세를 가진 분
- 동역자 및 평신도 리더들과 원활한 관계를 맺을 수 있는 분
- 공인된 신학교 졸업자 또는 졸업 예정자
- 영어 의사소통에 능통한 분
- 한국어 가능자는 우대 (필수 아님)
